What is SmartID ?

SmartID is a Free to use Enterprise Cloud Software for Corporate and Education Institution to manage Attendance, Point of Sale (POS) and e-Wallet in their organization.

For Attendance, Facial Recognition devices or wearable Beacon can be used to record individuals attendance. 

For POS, any Tablet or Smart Phones can be used since all transactions is managed online via the Cloud. However, a Tablet with Dual Screen, Built-In Card Reader and Printer would be ideal to go cashless in Canteens and Cafeterias. 

For e-Wallet, reload and transfer of credit is all integrated with the POS environment making it convenient for anyone to go cashless.

How do I get Started ?

1. Register

  a. From the Main Menu above, Click Register and select registration for Corporate or School.
  b. 
Complete the Registration Form.

2. Acquire Attendance Management System Device

If you need to deploy an Auto Attendance Management System, choose from the following IOT devices base on your operational requirement:

  a. Facetrek FT-01: 5″ Facial Recognition Devices without Temperature Scanning
  b. Facetrek FT-5T: 5″ Facial Recognition Device with Temperature Scanning
  c. Facetrek FT-8T: 8″ Facial Recognition Device with Temperature Scanning
  d. any combination of the above.

Note: If you do not want to invest on any Facetrek Devices above, you can still deploy Attendance Management by just using your smart phone. Read on the SMARTID MOB section for details

3. Acquire Point-of-Sale (POS) Device

If you need to deploy POS in your Canteen or Kiosk, you may choose from the following:

   a. SMARTPOS 7 Point of Sale Tablet with Dual Screen, Built-In Printer and NFC Card Reader. 
   b. SMARTID Card. This is a Dual Frequency ID-Card which allows the Card to be used for Access Control and POS payment

4. Install SmartID Mob

Install SmartID Mob from either Google Playstore or Appstore. Install it on your smart phone. The App will allow you to manage Attendance M and also manage Point-of-Sale (POS) is you need one.

  • Records Forehead Temperature and prevents entry if reading its above the allowable preset Temperature limit
  • Can be connected to external alarm which will sound if the facial temperature exceeds the preset limit

Facetrek FT-01

Features

  • The features is the same as FT-05T except that the FT-01 does not have a temperature scanner. Thus it will not record and update the temperature reading. Because there is no temperature scanner, this unit can be placed outdoor (IP Rating: IP65)
  • .It is half the price of FT-05T
  • Suitable to be placed on Exits where temperature detection is not required since it is already detected using FT-05T on Entry

    Facetrek FT-5T

    Features

    • The features is the same as FT-05T except that the temperature scanning is done via the Palm and not via the forehead. This device is suitable where there are large variation in individuals height, thus scanning the palm is more convenient than having to adjust forehead levels.
